On arrival at Paro airport, meet our representatives who will transfer you to a hotel in Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. After relaxing in the hotel for a little while, go for Thimphu sightseeing tour. You will visit Kuensel Phodrang, a huge statue of Buddha; Memorial Chorten, a stupa; Tashichho Dzong, a Buddhist monastery and fort complex, and Folk Heritage Museum. After a grand introduction to Thimphu, go back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Post scrumptious breakfast at the Thimpu hotel, embark on a drive to Punakha / Wangdue. During the journey, enjoy a short stopover at Dochu-La-Pass (3150 meters) to see the mesmerizing view of Himalaya mountain. On arrival at Punakha, you will be transferred to the hotel. After relaxing at the hotel for a while, start with Punakha sightseeing tour. In the afternoon, visit Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful dzong in the country, and Chimi Lhakhang, a Buddhist monastery. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. Overnight stay at Punakha / Wangdue.
Post breakfast, drive to Paro (7,483 feet). During the journey, take a short stopover at Lamperi to see Royal Botanical Park. On arrival at Paro, check in the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Ta Dzong - National Museum. After exploring the museum, visit Rinpung Dzong. The evening will be free for leisure. Overnight stay at the Paro hotel.
After breakfast at the Paro hotel, visit Drukgyel Dzong, a fortress, and a Buddhist monastery, which completely lies in ruins. On this day, you will also visit the famous Taktsang Monastery - Tiger's Nest & Kitchu Monastery. Overnight stay at the Paro hotel.
Today is going to be the last day of the tour. After breakfast, our representative will take you to the airport for journey onwards.
