start from Paro
Cites Punakha - Thimphu - Paro - Wangdue Phodrang
On arrival at the Paro hotel, drive to Thimphu (7,710 ft.), the capital city of Bhutan. After a beautiful three two-hour ride through the matchless scenery reach Thimphu where you will check-in a hotel. In the afternoon, after relaxing for a while at the hotel, visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), King's (National) Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, and Folk Heritage Museum. Overnight stay will be arranged in Thimphu hotel.
Post breakfast, drive to Punakha / Wangdue. During the journey, enjoy a short stopover at Dochu-La-Pass (3150 meters) to savor the view of beautiful mountains. On arrival at Punakha/Wangdue, check in the hotel and later visit the famous attractions of the region like Punakha Dzong, and Chhimi Lhakhang. Overnight stay at Punakha/Wangdue hotel.
