Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport in Siliguri, meet Trips365 representatives who will take you to Phuentsholing, a border town in southern Bhutan. On arrival, check in the hotel for overnight stay.
Post breakfast at Phuentsholing hotel, you will drive for 6 hours to reach Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, and of the world's most intriguing destinations. On arrival, you will check-in the hotel and later visit Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). Overnight stay in Thimphu hotel. Note: Make a point to complete immigration formalities at Phuentsholing
Post breakfast, you will visit the famous attractions of Thimphu like Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), King's Memorial Chorten (Monument), and Folk Heritage Museum. In the afternoon, after exploring the attraction of Thimphu, drive on a three-hour ride to reach Punakha / Wangdue. On arrival, check in the hotel for overnight stay.
Punakha / Wangdue
Today, you will visit Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful dzong in the country, which was built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. You will also visit Chimi Lhakhang, a Buddhist monastery that is built on a round hillock by Lama Drukpa Kuenley, “The Devine Mad Man." In the afternoon, you will drive to Paro, where you will check in the hotel for overnight stay.
On the fifth day, you can visit the famous attractions of Paro like Ta Dzong, Rinpung Dzong, and Drukgyel Dzong. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. Overnight stay in Paro.
Post breakfast at the Paro hotel, you will be transferred to the airport to board a flight for your journey onwards. Tour and travel services will end here.
