start from Paro
On arrival at the Paro airport, meet our representative who will help you with hotel transfer in Thimphu (7,710 feet),the capital city of Bhutan. After relaxing for a while at the hotel, you will visit some famous attractions of Thimphu like Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), King's (National) Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong & Folk Heritage Museum. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. If got some extra time, do visit the market to shop some souvenirs like prayer wheels, Buddha figurines, thangkas, colorful masks and musical instruments.
On the second day, you will embark on a drive to Punakha / Wangdue. To make the three-hour journey more interesting, stop at Dochu-La-Pass (3150 meters) to see the captivating view of Himalaya. In the afternoon, after relaxing for a while at the hotel, you will go for a short sightseeing tour. You will visit the attractions like Punakha Dzong, and Chhimi Lhakhang. The evening will be free for leisure. Overnight stay at the Punakha/Wangdue hotel.
Post breakfast, you will go for a full day Gangtey sightseeing trip. A prominent valley of Bhutan, Gangtey is a home of Black Necked Crane which migrates from the arid plains of Tibet in the north. After exploring Gangtey, go back to the hotel in Punakha / Wangdue for an overnight stay.
Post breakfast, you will embark on a drive to Paro (7,483 feet). During the five hour journey, enjoy a short stopover at Royal Botanical Park, which features exclusive 46 species of rhododendron. On arrival at Paro, you will be transferred to the hotel. After relaxing for a while in the hotel, visit National Museum, and Rinpung Dzong. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. Overnight stay at the Paro hotel.
Don't forget to indulge in a hearty meal as you will be needing energy to hiking to reach Tiger Nest. After visiting Tiger Nest, you will make your way to Kitchu Monastery. Overnight stay at the Paro hotel.
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your journey onwards. of Himalaya. In the afternoon, after relaxing for a while at the hotel, you will go for a short sightseeing tour.
